March 7: Healing Humanity Down to the Bone – A HomeComing

What arises when we take a deep dive into the personal and historical narratives of our bodies?  In our practice, we may experience a whole host of emotions that the Buddha often referred to as the 10,000 joys and 10,000 sorrows. Emotions such as loss, serenity, despair, peace, grief, and happiness may even arise as powerful sensations that language cannot name but that the body can still experience down to the bone. In this day-long, we’ll explore ways the practice of the Buddha-Dhamma can be a homecoming to ourselves and the experiences of our bodies.
