Unshakable: Mastering the 5 Spiritual Faculties for Daily Life with Nisa King, Saturday, August 1

Need a summer tune-up of your Buddhist meditation practice? Join us Saturday, August 1 from 10:00AM-12:30PM to practice with the 5 Indriyas, also known as the 5 Spiritual Faculty (mindfulness/sati, concentration/samadhi, energy-effort/virya, wisdom/panna, and faith/saddha), for Daily Life. A simple salad will be served after the morning practice. If you'd like to eat something other than, or as well as, salad please bring your own vegan/vegetarian bag lunch.
